➣ Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only.
➣ Shipping time for products like Home décor, lamps, car décor, gifting articles etc. are sent within 5-7 working days. Customize orders can take 8-15 working days. We just use reputed courier partners such as FedEx, Delivery, Xpressbees, Smartr, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Ekart, DTDC, Kerry Indev etc. national deliveries.
➣ Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Studio Naandee Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery.
➣ Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer unless specified at the time of Order.
➣ Free delivery is only applicable on few products. In case of a missed delivery (from a customer), an extra delivery charge may be applicable (this may applicable on free delivery products as well).
➣ Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
